    looks are deceiving. it used to be a good place. they don't administer medicine to patients timely when they do appear in the room. they nurses are extremely lazy!!!!!! rehab good. I would recommend your love 1 take meds themselves do therapy 3 days and get the HELL out of that death trap!!! I don't know how they keep licenses.

    Where do I begin?! My family has dealt with facilities like this in the past but, never in a million years would I have thought Notting Hill would be any different. To our surprise it was and a whole lot more. From the outside you would think it's a small school or apartment complex. But, walking in the door was jaw dropping. This place is amazingly beautiful and smells like fresh southern homemade cooking. The staff members are so amazing and friendly that they make it easy to interact with them. When it came time to leave our second home it was bitter sweet. We grew to love some of these people and formed a bond. The quality of care is phenomenal and I greatly appreciate it. We go back to visit sometimes just to see the staff. We love our angels.??

    My mother was a patient at Nottinghill after a toe amputation. I gave the surgeons notes on wound care to a nurse at her nursing station. No one checked her foot for 4 days. It took me 4 days of multiple calls and visits before they found the instructions and entered them into the computer. Then her foot got proper care. I was told when she was admitted that they would do her laundry. It was never done. When I had to go out of town I called and they assured me it would be done. It never was. Physical therapy was excellent.

    Sucks that a nice facility has such a horrible service! Nurses and staff are rude and helpless. If the patient needs a pain medicine or antibiotic they need to wait for HOURS, while I always see more than 3 nurses at the time sitting on the desk just talking!!!! And my relative has been staying there for almost two weeks and they just ask him this week about taking a shower! Thank God we have somebody that helps him to do that imagine waiting a week and a half waiting till somebody showered him!!! Once I asked for some pop at the cafeteria and the girls there are sooooo rude! I asked a trade to go and I saw that she went back to the kitchen and made the "annoying " facial expressions. The clean ladies are wayyy nicer that the nurses and more helpfull so if you have a relative that can stay here with supervision or if you can't visit your relative often find another facility !!

    There service is horable we told one of the workers to come help us and they did not do any thing they don't care about any one and they treat the old peaple like there nothing I recommend you to go to another nursing home if you want your grandmother or your grandfather to be happy and respected
