    my experience was horrible! the place is new and clean like a 5 star hotel. so when we went to check it the appearances made it look like it's a great rehab place. so we transferred my grandmother form the hospital to there. Then we found out that hard way that they had the WORST service ever! Nurses don't give medication correctly! Aid refuse to help! and we were there with my grandmother 24/7 because we couldn't leave alone because the fact that there was no one available to help when she needed help!

    Day 1 and the entire staff that we have encountered have been the absolute best. The tender care that have shown my mother is priceless!!! Plus the residents are so happy so that shows the level of care that they're receiving!!!!

    Horrible place that milks their patients out of their money for the basic amenities that we as a modern society have come accustom. $160 a month if you want a television in your room. There isn't even a community phone for the patients. If they want to call a loved one they're out of luck, unless of course you pay an outrageous fee that, sadly, most of us do not have. I tried contacting my mother who is currently a patient at this place and the receptionist forwarded me to a the so called nurses station. After two rings a voice message answered and said "thank you for calling, goodbye. I called back and the receptionist of course directed me to the same number, claiming it was a different extension.
