    This place is a horrible excuse for a healthcare facility. My uncle went in for rehab after having his leg amputated and to my knowledge no rehab was ever done. They don't care about the health and well being of their residents, only that they keep them satisfied enough so that they won't complain. They often leave call lights ringing (they ring in the hallways when pushed, very loudly) for minutes on end without checking in on patients. My uncle was on a very strict diet due to being a diabetic and being on dialysis but would always have his friends bring him treats that he wasn't supposed to have. On more than one occasion STAFF from this facility would go shopping for him and bring him whatever he asked for, not bothering to check his dietary needs. They didn't bathe him regularly. If it was time for them to take him to the showers and he was asleep, they would just skip him. If he were to injure himself in any way, he wouldn't receive proper healthcare. They don't regularly clean wounds, once leaving one so long he landed in the hospital with an infection. Last week, he went into cardiac arrest and was rushed to the hospital and put on life support. We were not notified until roughly SIX HOURS LATER by hospital staff. The only phone call that was made by Hope Healthcare staff was to his sister in which she was told he had low blood sugar. This was a SEVERE understatement. I cannot stress enough how horrible this facility is. Anywhere is better. If I could leave zero or negative stars, I would.

    This place is the worst. My uncle went in for rehabilitation that he went in walking. He was had a trech they didn't clean it daily. He was not taken to his appointments. They didn't bath him. He was rushed to the hospital, he had pneumonia and mersa. He was very thin and smelled. I had went to the administration office several times complaining about the care of my uncle apparently nothing was done. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The hospital has put in a complaint to DHHS.

    Willie the maintenance man was super helpful when I moved a friend of mine in here in December 2016. He took time out of his day to help install a TV wall mount so that the patient here could watch TV. "I'm just doing my job." was how he responded to my gratitude.

    This is the worst place to send your love ones. The staff here are horrible. And if you're not there to tell them to do simply stuff for them they won't do it.
