    This place is a death trap. Worse care! Family member was hurt very bad at this location and never recovered. The staff is heartless, rude and dishonest!! These people are not to be trusted. If you have family members there PLEASE make it a point to visit often to check on their well being. DEATHCAMP!!!!

    Best experience, period. My brother has been visiting often and I have spent the last couple of days onsite from out of stare. This is the best experience I could ask for! The staff is caring, engaged, active and very hands on. The clinicians, case workers, office staff, housekeeping... all of them approach their work with passion and a smile. I could not be happier to have my mom at this facility.

    I was at Hope for more then 3 weeks for rehabilitation. I got the best care. The rehab staff and the nursing staff were awesome. The over all care was excellent. I strongly recommend if you need rehabilitation like speech therapy occupational therapy and physical therapy.

    As a staff at this facility I work with the most professional, enjoying, empathetic, loving, and inspiring individuals i have ever met. We have very good team in each department and the upper management is nice and approachable and encourage the team constantly to make improvement in day today care of our resident .It is sad to see they don't have enough stars in the review in my opinion they deserve 5 star .

    We did not choose this place our dad is a veteran but was not sent to the Veteran Hospital.He was placed here after a heart attack and surgery for a blockage in his heart..In a few weeks we came from another state to see him.He had sever sores on both hills and bottom.His toe nails were twisting way over the toes. He is a dibetic so it takes a special nurse to cut his toe nails.On a Mon we told the staff and one of the bigger people in office that dad had a bladder infection.about his toenails and getting him a air mattress.Tues.we had to leave to come home 12 hrs. 9 days later my dad was took out of there in ems to hospital where he almost died from A BLADDER infection. The worked for 2 hours on his feet at the hospital. We came back to Michigan.This place could not find his cell phone .his only way to talk to us.the could not find his eye glasses and only a few garmets. It always smelled strong of urine . please do not put your loved ones here.Susie Laws A former nursing home aid and supervised.and a loving daughter
