    The company is always complaining about lack of funds and trying to cut corners. They cannot pay their employees what they deserve because of this. If they pay their employees well there will not be such a high turnover. If you take care of the employees 1st then they are happy to do their job and will then the residents will receive exceptional service. Take care of the people who help the people.
