My mother and mother-in-law lived in both The SUMMIT Assisted Living and Villa St. Vincent. They were happy and content and so were we. It became their home. The staff were kind and attentive. They received wonderful care. Heidi, Bobbi Jo and Robin really stood out as did many others. Thank you so much.

Not only have I invested 27 years of my health care career as an RN at Villa St. Vincent; but both of my own precious Grandmothers lived in The SUMMIT AL and later at VSV...they received tender, loving care from some of the most engaged, faithful and compassionate people I have ever had the honor of knowing. We take care of our family AND yours.

I have worked for Villa St Vincent for 35 years. It is a great place to work, everyone is like family and we have a good benefit package.

I have worked at the villa starting as a CNA moving up to a TMA and then an LPN for 6 years. I did leave as I got my RN but have finally come back a year ago and there's never been a job that's felt more like home. The workers here taking care of the residents work harder than imagined and I couldn't be anymore proud of the care the residents receive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a job or anyone needed some rehab or simply a place to call home.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
