    Interlude appears to be a great rehab facility but it's nursing care leaves its residents at risk. My father was there and his care was reckless at best. I have filed multiple complaints with State agencies. The nursing staff are very poor quality with little or no supervision. His care was unkempt also. . As a nurse for more than 25 years, I know ignorance and poor skills when I see it. My father was taken out of there by family members and taken to an ER after being neglected while suffering a serious COPD exacerbation.

    The care and facility has been excellent during my mother's stay. They've been responsive to our families questions and met our needs as well as my mother's. The therapists and social worker are wonderful.
