    My Grandma was in the lodge for a while, short staffed often or workers forced to work over, med errors(including a major one) & cold food. Sadly not many options in the area. I haven't heard anything great. Not from people who are staying there or from nuraes

    The staff in the Memory Care Unit are kind, attentive, creative, and have been wonderful with my family member! I could not be more impressed and appreciative!

    The facility was nice and the PT was good. However, I had no faith in the nursing manager or the follow up on anything. My mom was in there for rehab and she had hit here base line for medicare. We wanted to get her to an assisted living in the Twin Cities by us so we could visit her more and check on her care. We found a place that is really nice but weren't sure if they would take here as her care needs were a more than what they possibly could handle. Like she is on sliding scale insulin when they faxed the information to the new facility they left out a lot of things like she doesn't give the shots herself and at the new place the med techs can not give those shots. She is also on oxygen and I had given her new address to the nurse manager 5 days before my mom being discharged so they could get it set up for when she arrived. It wasn't there when we got there. Also, they said they would be discharged with physical therapy orders but they never did that either. Also, in their fax of her cares with the new place they left out a lot of stuff. The new place had her care level at a level 2 when it is really a level 6. She needs much more care than the new place can provide. Grand Village is poor on follow up. I wouldn't recomend them to anyone.

    This place is garbage, they treat people funny. Like second class citizens. Leave me at the hospital man. Garbage facility.
