    PLEASE!!! DO NOT allow your loved one to be placed here!!! The Abbott Nortwestern social worker arranged for placement when my brother needed rehabilitation after brain surgery et al. When later advised about the placement, stated not aware, had never been there! On one occasion he FELL out of bed, on another asked about bath..told not his day; we were petrified to leave him there but the hospital referred; meds not administered as scheduled and on another occasion did not have on hand prescribed medications and if we did not catch, his meds would not have been administered. In a room with individual who constantly yelled. We took him out of there when alternate care at home could be arranged.

    This place is HORRID! DO NOT place someone you love here! They do not care about the residents' well being!! SERIOUS neglect going on. Had to BEG someone to give my Dad a shower after he had an accident. They told me he had to wait a week (once a week shower schedule) to shower again. ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME?! Reporting them to the State of MN AND to the BBB.
