    I would not recommend this place to anyone they are very under educated one of the nurses told my mother she was pushing the help button to much. My mother was there for three days and I transferred her out of that facility

    From the moment I spoke with the director of nursing (DON) and the social worker, I knew my Mother would be in good hands during her stay for short term rehab at the Olivia Rehab and Health Care Center. All the Staff treated her with dignity and respect. Everyone, from maintenance to the administrator, were professional and worked together in support of the residents. The DON had clear communication with the the nursing staff and demonstrated awareness of any significant changes occuring with the residents. The DON, social worker, and administrator all assured me that their policy is to take control of the situation when a nurse's assessment indicated a resident need to go to the hospital; they don't leave it to a family member to make that important decision or they guide the family member in the best course of action to take. I was very pleased with the care my Mother received. Thank you to the staff at Olivia Rehab and Care Center for taking such good care of my Mother.
