I was at A villa center almost 90 days and while i was here i was well taken care of. I was set up for OT , PT to make sure i was strong enough and safe enough to go home. The people here were very good to me and they are so nice . They made sure my follow up appointments were scheduled and i got to my DR appointments as needed. They also made sure i had all the equipment that i needed to be successfull at home . Along with all my services being set up to start as soon as i get back home.

Excellent staff and welcoming atmosphere. Nursing staff was very attentive and came every time I needed without complaint. Would definitely stay here again if I need to. Merry Y the social worker was amazing loved working with her.

My mom has been in care here for a few hours and shes already being neglected. When she first got there, she asked for 1 simple thing and they told her they will be back and never came back . She tried to call them on her call light for help to use the bathroom and to ask about dinner and they completely shut her call light phone off .

Lifesaver!! Staff are fantastic they are supportive, approachable and available. I have felt a sense of family among staff members as they work together providing cares and working towards a common goal. The facility provides private rooms for each resident and a sense of community in the common areas. They offer multiple activities a day to keep me busy and active when my rehab work was completed. My rehabilitation went well and I saw my progression daily. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of transitional care such as therapy as well as those looking for a longer term residency.

Robbinsdale Villa has been nothing but wonderful for my Father. I worried about his care in his ending days, but this place has risen beyond my expectations. My dad is taken care of, by amazing people. The staff is communicative and direct. I'm never surprised because the staff really keep me informed. My dad really enjoys the staff that help him and I'm just really glad he gets the help he needs. Thank you!

Fines, Complaints, and Inspection Problems in the Past 3 Years

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
Robbinsdale Opco LLC has not received any fines, complaints, or inspection problems in the last 3 years.
