    The possibilities of this facility are endless, but the apathy among the staff is rampant. The laundry is a box of popcorn in its sorting, bathing is a flip-of-the-coin, medications are there but not consistent, and the food needs to be more to the palate of the residents than the ease of the cooks. This should be the show-place of all facilities for the aged and infirm in the area because it has the potential. I certainly would support any positive changes it could make because I continue to recommend this facility for those in need. For the most part, it isn't about the money but about the dedication, interest, and empathy of the employees. Working at such a facility is challenging. Not all who apply should be hired.
