    My mother was recently discharged . My mother was very satisfied with her room and the people there, which has not been the case with other rehab centers which she's stayed. Her physical therapist, physiatrist and on call physician were excellent. I had contact with between 10 and 15 other people as well. Almost all of them were pleasant, intelligent, and responsive to questions and returning phone calls, and all of them were trying to do a good job.

    I am not sure what all the negative reviews are about. We had an excellent experience here. This is the 3rd nursing home we have tried with our Mom. The first two homes were just horrific! They smelled just putrid and people were just left slumped over in wheelchairs everywhere. When we first came in to tour The Quarters, it was such a welcomed change! No smell, for one. Beautiful interior with staff there to greet us in the front lobby. Food was very good, not fancy or great but that was to be expected. Our Mom was very happy the few weeks she spent in therapy there. The therapists really worked miracles. Mom was doing small tasks that the other two homes said she would never be able to do again. She is now back at her assisted living apartment and happy. I am so glad we found this place and thankful for the staff. If Mom ends up with a physical therapy need in the future, you can be sure we will be bringing her back. Thank you so much for getting our Mom back on track and back home.

    I know that several of these reviews are from competitors of this building. I have had the privilege to be a resident at The Quarters on two different occasions. No everything isn't perfect however things aren't perfect at my home either. The staff are caring and giving and take excellent care of us. It makes me sick that people who 1) are competitiors or 2) don't want to pay their bill get on here using this forum to either make themselves feel better or try to hurt good people. Karma is an awful thing.

    I am at the Quarters right now for rehab for heart surgeries. This is my second time here. I wouldn't think of going anyplace else. I come here because of the outstanding therapy. I wasn't able to walk in here the last time I was here and I walked out! This is why I won't go any place else. I was able to walk out last time because of the physical therapists and because of the staff. I've had good service from the nurses, the CNA's. When you walk in to the Quarters, you feel right at home. Everyone is very welcoming. I've made so many friends from here and they will be lifetime friends -- and this is the truth! We keep in constant contact with each other. You can't find a friendlier staff that are willing to help you. Kevin in maintenance is the nicest guy. He went out of his way to help me. I have read some negative reviews and I can't imagine this is the same place. I just love it here.
