    Took my sister here because she has a bad tooth and her jaw is visibly swollen and she is in pain. Lady at the desk told her, "I don't think there's anything we can do for you", so my sister said "maybe some antibiotics?" Saw Dr and got antibiotics and ibprofren. Dr Baldwin was great, looked at her mouth, felt the lump that was formed and gave her something to take care if it,for now, but told her to keep her dentist appointment in April (that was the earliest appointment she could get). So they Dr is great, but the clerk needs to be told to mind her business and that an untreated abscessed tooth can literally kill a person!

    Bandaid hospital I went to the ER and was laughed and and sent home for tooth pain. Went straight to Liberty Hospital and was admitted for 7 days. I had a bad tooth infection that was leading to my brain. I wish I could give a -10 stars

    My wife had a lumpectomy done at the Excelsior Springs Hospital. The nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Torres did a wonderful job. Everyone was very caring and provided great hospitality.

    I called the emergency room at the Excelsior Springs Hospital because my father was having symptoms similar to those he had suffered before a heart attack years ago. It was 145am on Saturday morning, April 9th and the man who answered the phone was rude giving the impression he had something else better to do. I told him if he didn't like his job he should quit. Hopefully this isn't typical; however, I'm afraid it is not.
