    Could be a truly great facility if proper changes were to be made, mainly concerning management. The administrator Carrie is unprofessional, ignorant, and very inappropriate with her behaviors, actions, and words. It's a shame that she holds the position that she does. The staff and residents at Fieser Nursing Center deserve so much better.

    We feel so. blessed to have our mom here. We have not one complaint. She is taken well care of. It is a 150+% better than sunset hill where she was for a year. The staff here are all friendly to the patients and family members. Mom is always clean and clothes changed. She seems so much more calm here. Yes she has Demetria but the staff know how what to expect. Thank you for taking such care and attention to her and all of
