    For the last few weeks I've been working with the admissions team at Crystal Oaks in preparation for my fathers eventual move to assisted living. Since I live in Alabama, I haven't been able to come by and meet with them in person. They have been most helpful, thoughtful and informative over the phone. I drove up and today I took my father in for a meet and greet. The admissions team (Cindi and Michelle) were absolutely wonderful! My father (who has been very opposed to the idea of leaving his home) was overwhelmed by their warmth and hospitality. They gave us a full tour of both the assisted living and skilled nursing care. It is a well kept facility with an upbeat atmosphere. We met Daniel, supervisor of care, in the assisted living wing along the way. Daniel is great guy and the kind of person you would want looking after a loved one. We felt the same about all the staff members we met. One of the nurses who also served in the Armed Services came up and thanked him for his service. Dad was with the Air Force during the Korean War. These people really care and it shows!

    Just the best nursing facility all around a staff that truly cares for each and every one of their patients. Not to mention one of the cleanest facilities I've ever been in.
