    My mom was in there for almost a year. She ended up in the memory care unit where she received excellent care. The girls who took care of her became like family to us. If I had any problems with anyone the administration took care of it. I admit they are horribly under staffed and run their nurses and nurse aides ragged but mom was treated with dignity by Brandy, Pam, Brooke, and Rachelle. If I missed someone I'm sorry. She has been at other rehabs and this was the best.

    Our family has had a really good experience on the rehab side at this facility. Most of the nurses are helpful (especially Ruth and Renee)...aside from the occasional agency nurse, and they are courteous and caring. We have been pleased with the CNA's as well (especially Bianca). Cindy, the social worker, while overworked, is always looking out for our loved one's best interest. It's clean and we love the many activities the center provides. Stephanie in the Business Office has been very helpful as well. The PT's and OT's are awesome! Aside from a few issues, we have been extremely pleased with the care.

    This place is horrible ! It's absolutely filthy and they do not care about the elderly , the nurses and front desk have they're heads up they're butt ! You wait a half an hour for a nurse to come in , I wanna know what they are doing taking a smoke break and drinking a beer ?!? My grandma's room was always nasty filthy with ants and trash everywhere, this place is just not sanitary, they just do not care about a dang thing! Do not bring anybody you love here cause they will let them Rot

    I was let go on the account i seen a resident sexually assaulted and they didnt do anything about it. The man is still in the facility...
