    My husband was forced by a social worker at freeman hospital to enter rehab after his knee replacement surgery. If u could call it that. Most of the time when he needed someone they were too busy. The therapists mostly watched him do his exercises when he did any. When asked to give him a shower every one was busy it was not the designated shower day. Really isn't that illegal not letting people shower when they want to. Most of time when I came in I waited on my husband and helped him. So sorry they are too busy. I wouldnot put my worst enemy in this place or any other for that matter. Oh the dietary had him on a carbs diet gave him pie and cake it ran up his sugar to 580. He is a diabetic. The food is nasty. Oh when we left it took them 20 minutes to draw up paperwork and housekeeping got yelled at for trying to throw his stuff away. And when we did leave I took him out myself they were too busy to supervise us out which is mandatory for people being released. There is a lot of stuff I didn't add but I think u get the idea there was nothing good at all about this place or any other retirement and rehab centers.. my husband is doing a lot better at home. And I am helping him with his therapy. And exercises. His sugar is better too. Oh my grandparents raised me. Guess what I did not put them in homes. They spent their remaining time with me in their home. I took care of them and I have two kids if I can do it everyone else can too. They shouldn't have to live like this. I loved my grandparents still do. And I love my husband. I would never put any one in here if I did not have too.

    This is a great place, caring people that work together as a team. I had a great time working here as a nurse. The place was occasionally understaffed, but the staff worked together and it all worked great. Love the place.
