When my best friend needed nursing home care I toured several facilities. Lee's Summit Pointe was by far the best in it's class. Even though this is an older facility it is kept clean. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, front office, doctor, nurses, CNA's, etc are very professional and caring. Even the food is pretty good. Thank you, Brett

Well when I got here I was welcomed with open arms, I've been knowing one since childhood we are COUSINS. But the care that I receive is phenomenal, it couldn't get no better! Everyone here are like angels from HEAVEN they are a blessing in my life in my condition. I wish I could take some home with me for 24 HR care. I'm blessed that I chose this place for my rehabilitation. Just to sum it up "I CAN'T COMPLAIN" Veronica Moore

A nurse from this facility came into a store in the area yelling at a employee. The way she talks to people out of work is making the work place look bad. Also, made me think that if she like this to normal people, how is she treating elders. She was aggressive and load . I knew where she work based on her uniform, my step dad has been here. I had to deal with her before.

There are a lot of great staff here. They really care and will go the extra mile to provide comfort for every resident. It may be a smaller facility but it's more like a family feeling among staff. There have been a lot of changes in recent past for the better and it's really positive. I recommend Lee's Summit Pointe as a place of possibilities and Peace for anyone in need of finding a place to call home like this.

Extremly nice and educated staff. My husband is a resident and I am here often and all different times a day. The residents always look well cared for and I have it has been a great experience

Compare The Number of Problems
Types of Problems at Nursing Homes
Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy | G | H | I |
