She looks like she ain't had a bath in months! I'm taking fox 2 news to this place to let them see how my mother is being treated!! This place is a joke and needs to be SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!!

The north view village nursing home is not a good place to work. The staff is not polite. They don't know how to do their jobs right or anything. They always messing up the patients meds. When I worked there they had this one nurse that worked evening shift and she fell asleep at the nurses desk during the whole shift. Didn't pass out the patients meds or anything. They need to get rid of the people that don't know how to do there jobs and they need to quit abusing the patients too

I think this place is one of the worst Nursing Homes in the St. Louis Area. I didn't put my mom there was place there by the State Some of the people that work there are nice they are not all bad but the place and some of the Staff could use a Makeover.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
