    We have been trying to get a refund for three months. Called the state and got them involved and was told for the third time the check was in the mail. One month later still no check. Impossible to get the lady in charge of refunds to call you back. Not sure what there problem is down there but if you have a refund comming count on countless hours trying to get it if you get it all. Very dissapointed in this facility.

    Although it is a nice facility, my grandfather was put there, he has never been put in a wheelchair before, (he was sent there because he could no longer live at home and kept falling in the same day). The doctor over medicates the patients, almost all of them are in a wheel chair, my grandfather was there for about 6 months. Til a couple months ago he was sent to Lakeland because he had a seizure. He was in the hospital for about a week and turns out the doctor at this Facility over medicated him and caused him to have a one. My grandfather has dementia as well. If you are reading this i encourage you not to use this facility.
