    This was the last resort for my family member. He woke up with a very deep hole from an object in his knee with a lot of blood. Instead of doing an investigation, he was moved to a different room. His old roommate acted extremely cold from the outgoing guy we all originally knew and my grandpa didn't want to talk about it. He died here. On his last day, someone had come into his room and used his own beard trimmer to hack off large patchy sections of his once Santa beard that have him much pride. The hair was all over him and the beard trimmer was under his bed. When I went to grab it I noticed the tray of food covered in ants. I was originally in such shock over his beard that I didn't notice the ants crawling on him. My last memories of my grandpa, once a proud military man, are more of him with a hacked beard and with ants crawling down his fingers as I hold his hand. As if that's not enough, no workers claimed to be aware of someone shaving off patches of his beard, but a couple workers stopped by. Instead of speaking respectfully about him, they spoke about him dying that night and played with his hair like he was a doll. This is before getting upset because now that he's this close to death, they are not going to be able to receive some liquor that he promised then. Here I am holding his frail hand and I'm supposed to feel bad for this young woman because she can't get a shot off my grandfather. He wasn't perfect, but not close to deserving this torture. Sickening.

    Working here was a horrible experience. I would not choosing this facility for the care of the elderly people you love. There a very and select nurses that genuinely care for the patients here, but most do not. The managers are unprofessional and do not know how to properly run this facility. Visiting they put on a performance that this place is wonderful but it is really not.

    My brother recently stayed at Frontier for hospice care. Our group invaded the place with lots of visitors and the staff could not have been more kind and understanding. They provided snacks for all and bedding for those staying overnight...truly amazing. Monica was especially kind and uplifting. Thanks for allowing my brother to die with dignity surrounded by those who loved him. You guys rock!

    I work with this facility as a community partner and have referred to them several times. This building has been used as a wonderful place for respite stay for hospice patients. I find the staff to be friendly, inviting and knowledgeable. Great partner in the community.

    I find the staff and leadership at Frontier to be top notch! I work in hospice so I am in a lot of nursing homes. I have to say everytime I am at Frontier, the staff is friendly, very helpful and a joy to partner with. Keep up the good work!
