    The therapy department did a great job with my mom and the transport diver's were also great. The social worker did not do anything and they never updated me on her discharge so there was no planning meeting and no plan for her to transfer. The administration is very unprofessional and was dressed in gym shirts and a t-shirt.

    I gave St. James Living Center 4 stars due to the ongoing renovation and dietary issues. They are undergoing a complete renovation and so far looks great. They just need to move it along. Regarding dietary. They need to have menu which conform to patient's dietary requirements. Otherwise it is an excellent facility. I was there for skilled nursing to increase my endurance in order to make the transition from hospital to home. Nurses and CNA's are very caring and knowledgeable. I am going to have a surgery in 6 months that will require extensive P/T and will be doing so at this facility.

    This facility is a poor excuse for a nursing home. As I am a Certified Nurses assistant myself. As an associate of Allied Health Science, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who loves their family member. Very dirty and odor is unbearable and uncalled for.

    Excellent and knowledgeable staff; the CNAs are friendly and the nurses are informative, always there to answer questions; great for rehab stays if you need more time to recover than the hospital allows; loads of activities, a very clean facility (no smells!), combined with national award-winning recognized care and results. The best in the area and will continue to be.
