    DO NOT PUT FAMILY HERE!!!! My father was taken here for rehabilitation after having a knee replacement. After being in the facility for two days he still hasn't seen a physical therapist. He's unable to walk on his own without assistance, both nights he was there he called the nurse to have somebody help him get up to go to the restroom in 2 to 3 hours went by after continually ringing the buzzer and nobody ever came. My father soiled himself, he was in tears because he didn't understand how a place like this could exist or how humans can be treated this way. I've taken steps to report the facility to the state of Missouri, not that I think that that will help.

    My sister is there they are nasty. They yell at the residents. They don't change them when wet. They rinse bed pans out in the tub and then don't clean the tub. They will shut light off with out asking what is wrong with resident. When the resident finally gets someone's attention to go to restroom they still make them wait for hours. And the Administration staff will lie to your face and they have state paid off so you can't get help there to even make them do what they should. Please don't ever use this place. Trying to get sister moved to a new place.
