    The staff is very caring and do their job very well.

    The facility is lovely and very clean which is the only reason I will rate it with 2 stars. I recently moved to the area and was looking to relocate my mother here. I asked on several occasions for Juanita the administrator to fax the information to my mothers current home to see if they would be able to care for her and she just ignored my requests and never sent them anything. After 2 months I have decided that I will take my business elsewhere because they obviously have enough people to care for since she is constantly out of the office when I call.
