Grenada Rehab and Healthcare is a wonderful facility, my father is here and he has received the best care ever. His wound care nurse Mona Cook is the best around. We have the best marketing team around Jeannette and kelli gives this facility that special personal touch.

I love working here!! My coworkers are awesome and they take great care of our residents. We believe in teamwork and that our residents come first. We have a wonderful FNP who works tirelessly to care of our people. Our house keeping staff is fantastic and keeps this building looking and smelling great. I think we have the best people and are always looking to improve and be better. Like I said I love working here with the best team in the state!!

I don't know if giving 0 stars will work but when read all the reviews all but 1 of the good ones are employees and after only 4 days there I had to get my wife out of there. She couldn't even get help to the bedside commode wound care and physical therapy was a joke. I don't recomend this facility unless your sending somebody that you really really dislike. The biggest joke for a medical facility I wouldn't allow them to take care of my pets. Darn I had to give them a star

This place is amazingly horrible on another level!!! 1 star is too generous for this place!!! EVERYTHING is outdated from the equipment to the staff! Patients are allowed to wander throughout the halls at all hours of the night, sometimes wandering into other patients rooms. Medication is not always readily available, my dad had to wait on medicine that should have already been on property (he had brain surgery on a cancerous tumor). My mom ordered a CAT scan because my dad's condition started getting worse 1 week after being checked in to this place & it took almost 2 weeks for them to have him picked up to have this test done. Then my mom had to drive his results from Grenada to Greenwood herself, with Parkinson's disease or the trembles as she calls it, just to get the Dr (Dr. Clark) to review then in a timely manner! His mouth is twisted like he had a stroke & the staff didn't catch it. My dad is suppose to do physical therapy daily, however that's not even remotely happening!!! There are a very, very, very few staff personnel who actually go above and beyond to ensure that the client as well as their families are in a great place mentally and physically BUT for the most part, the majority of the staff clearly are just doing the very bare minimum to say they work and collect their check....if only I could post a video with this review!!! It's gut wrenchingly sad that we entrust people & places like this with one of the most important tasks that they can be given, taking care of our loved ones in their most weakest & most vulnerable state, only to have them let down and left in the cold at a place that should be for healing but instead the staff appears to just be sitting back waiting on them to die just to have a reason to call housekeeping to clean the room....DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! SO DISAPPOINTING

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
