    Yeah not impressed at all. First, they got all the personal information wrong. NEVER clean's the room. Never gives showers, even when asked for; my family member has been asking for a few days. my family member has been neglected. Oh and forget about doing what his doctors asked them to do! And the doctors said he has to be on a special diet for his health, simply thing.. And they forget to give him any food at all! I could go on and on! It is horrible place. A nightmare. I would give them a negative score if I could. He is there for Rehab, and I wouldnt be surprised if he came out sicker than when he went in!

    First let me say this is not the worse place in Bozeman -not the best either. I have a family member who has had to go there for rehab. Since this relative has been there she has had nothing but issues.She had them do her laundry - took 2 weeks to get most of it back (also asking 3 different staff). She has lots of medicines she takes - none of which has been followed up on. So needless to say she is only taking about 1/2 the prescriptions she is on. She has acid reflux very bad and some dietary issues - so, she is unable to eat most of the food served there. No one has seemed to care - she has lost alot of weight in a short time. Most of the food has spices (pepper) which she can not handle due to the damage in her mouth and esophagus. She has had staff tell her that she is NOT going to get out any time soon - even though she is there just for REHAB ?? She has also had her things gone though and some items have been stolen. Great caring staff along with a few thieves - Can't say I am impressed with this facility. So, if your looking for a place where your love one will be safe and well cared for - you might want to check else where. It just amazes me that no one has asked her "What can we do to make your stay better here? ". Just so people know this is a honest review - I have been in healthcare for 28 yrs. I know most nursing homes are not great - I worked in quite a few - it is hard work but, people deserve respect and to be comfortable - they are paying for it ! BTW - Good luck getting people to answer the phone there - many calls to get an occasional answer.
