    Let's pretend that a "no stars" rating not only exists, that I chose that and that it sets off alarm bells regarding the folks who license a place like this. Let's put those people in here and take the helpless, needy victims out! I was a geriatric nurse for years. I now have a very precious friend living in this hell hole and my heart agonizes that there's nothing I can do. Anyone who rated this place (wreaking of urine odor that about causes a person to gag upon entering) anything greater than a 1 star is either a sadist or has never been here!

    This place needs shutdown!!!!!!!! My aunt's hernia got strangulated and she suffered for 18 hrs before they would call ambulance. She had emergency surgery for hernia then emergency surgery to fix heart issue! I am sickened this place even exists. My aunt was treated with gasx and adavan for her hernia that by the way was size of a cantaloupe protruding from her stomach!!! Red and purple in color. She almost lost her life! How many have passed away due to this hell??? How many more need to suffer??
