    My mother is here in the Senior Living portion of the facility. My sister and I did extensive research and visits before deciding on the Brian Center. In other cases we felt pressured, uncleanliness, and overpriced. We were a bit reluctant after reading a few reviews but after more research, we found out the reviews were directed at a different location. I'm so happy that we went forth with the Brian Center because this has been a great experience from day one. They were very informative, pleasant, and flexible with accommodating our needs. Mary is more than cooperative and does an excellent job about keeping you in the loop. She has open and honest dialogue. She and Tomisha go over and above with their Customer Service skills. The meals are great and the staff are very friendly and personable. As a very picky person, I would recommend this facility for Senior Living.

    This was the worst place for rehab that I have ever been to, The air conditioning was out in the hallways and even though each room had it own A/C you had to keep the door closed at all times and when someone entered the door all your cool air would exit. The distribution of medications was never consistent and the food was beyond nasty. The staff was consistently rude and would often engage in yelling matches with the patients and worst of all would ignore alarms set off for acute patients whose oxygen levels went below normal, HIPAA laws were constantly in noncompliance because patient records were left unsecured and in most cases were left unattended where anyone could access them and never caught.I could go on and on but if you send your loved ones to this place, it would be equivalent to sending them to a concentration camp. BEWARE!!!! OH BY THE WAY, THE PERSON THAT GAVE THIS CENTER A 5 STAR RATING (DJ) ACTUALLY WORKS FOR THE BRIAN CENTER. HE IS THE SUPERVISOR OF THE STAFF THAT CLEANS THIS FACILITY... SO IN ESSENSE THE TRUE RATING WOULD BE A 1 STAR

    My husband was sent to this facility for rehabilitation after having Trach surgery and placed on a ventilator (his Bi-pap for the trach since he has sleep apnea) at night. The Brian Center Reps came to see us in the hospital, they told us how they had full time respiratory therapist on staff 24/7. My husband told me they did not know what they were doing and I thought he was being a little paranoid. The 3rd or 4th night he was there I was still there at bedtime when the "nurse" came in to hook up his vent. She did not know how to connect the O2 to the vent, then she proceeded to inflate the cuff on his trach with his Passy Muir valve on. This STOPS you from breathing period!! She did not know what to do, I had to get her out of the way and remove the valve. There was no respiratory therapist in the building. She called one at home. Called 911 and got him out of there. Do not let your family or friends go to this place. He also got an awful UTI there, they never cleaned him.

    I am here right now. And I think that this place really needs more experienced help. The only thing that I have been able to do, is a far cry from the things that I used to be able to do. I think this place should be shut down, and the patients should all be relocated to better facilities.
