    I am from PA and have been 17 different nursing homes in 5 years. I am a good judge of nursing homes and I was sent to Charlotte health care on Toddville road and they rank near the top of my list. Administrator has a hands on approach, good report with the staff and residents. Everyone at the facility is kind and caring. Especially the nurses, are professional and give you quality care. I'm sure Florence knightengale would be so proud of these nurses.

    Are you looking for a great place to work with friendly staff ? Well coming join our team at Charlotte health care.The meals are very healthy and more than enough is provided each day .We have wonderful patients you will learn how to take care of giving quality care. While interacting with different types of senior adults our staff educate us so our patients stay remain inviting . The hardest part is getting attached knowing I have to leave each day or they will leave one day . The rehab team is awesome they help them to reach goal's some may decide to stay and become part of our health care family. While others go back home to there families or community . If your family member want to stay active we have an activity department that provide church service,bingo and much more. Making a positive difference on a daily basis in someone's life while looking at the smile ,laughter and joy our patients feel is why I love this kind of work.
