    My husband had back surgery here. From the time we checked in at 5am until he was discharged from the hospital two days later, everybody was wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend them highly!

    Go somewhere else. The surgical staff is awesome, but beyond that, you're on your own. Any time you need anything you must ask repeatedly to get it. When your request is finally acknowledged (pain meds or even a wheel chair) it will take the staff over an hour to get it to you. I went 6 hours without pain medication being offered until I was informed that I must ask before it would be provided. There is no sense of urgency whatsoever. One of the worst instances of customer service that I ever had to endure. The surgeons are fantastic but the hospital staff not so much.

    Do not go there for your post op recovery! Patient Care & Pain Management is god awful. Too bad because the surgeon is great.

    I had an MRI with contrast on my shoulder. The bill came and it is for 6815.00 for an MRI . I was charged 2477.00 for the use of an operating room. I had no surgery, just a simple MRI with a dye injection. This is robbery this is almost 7 times what an MRI should cost.
