    Guilford is one of many skilled nursing facilities in Greensboro so what makes them so different from the rest? It's the 5 star care the patients receive not just from nursing and rehab but with every interaction with any team member. Truely taking the notion of treating patients like they are your family member and turning them into family so By the time they leave both the patient/family and staff members are sad the time went by so quickly.

    I enjoy working at Guilford due to the friendly staff atmosphere! The residents make it worth while each day. Our goal is to treat all residents with the proper care and you can see that as soon as you walk into our building. We care about the well being of each of our residents. Working at Guilford is like having a family away from home.

    Although some of the staff were polite. I came to visit my father and he had been sitting in urine, poop, and there was dried vomit under his chair for over 24 hours. No one called to inform us that he was sick.

    This place is awful...the staff talks about personal business to you..also the rooms are old and nasty the room my daddy was in we killed a roach, yes a roach. They could never get his food right and his bed was too small. Resident playing music so loud I could not hear my daddy talk. Skip Alston you are a DISGRACE TO THE COMMUNITY!!! YES HE OWNS THAT BUILDING...SHUT IT DOWN!!!
