    I have worked in skilled nursing facilities for almost 19 years and currently have 2 grandmothers who have resided at Brian Center Hickory East for multiple years. The care they receive is of the highest quality and the staff are like family. The Hickory East team treats all their residents with dignity and respect and goes out of their way to put a smile on the faces of the elderly. Although my grandmothers are not fans of therapy, the rehab team at BCHE is one of the best I have ever seen in action! They are creative, enthusiastic, and truly make a difference in the lives of those they rehabilitate.

    My mother was here for therapy. She was very well taken care of and loved all the staff. My mother would return to this facility if she required another rehab stay. The staff was very attentive and so sweet to her. I appreciate all the staff of Brian Center Hickory East for getting my mom home again.

    My mother was a resident at the Brian Center Hickory East. She received excellent care and the staff treated her with diginity and respect. I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate group of people to trust with my mother's care. When she passed away they were very sympathetic and patient with our family through that process.

    One of the worst place to ever place an elderly parent. Placed my mother in a room that the other patent left her tv on all night loud. Asked three times to have this matter handled never taken care of. Then come to find out they placed my mother in a different room because the other patent had contact viruses. Placed my mother in a room that the apprentice held all day an night. Finally got her moved to a private room then wasn't taken care of. She would need help an it would take them over 2 hours to attempt. After having her moved it was just days before she pasted. They killed her an now just days after they are thrashing the family about the bill when mermaid was to take care of it. Even made one payment that MEDICAID social worker told me that I shouldn't have had to pay . If you are looking to place a parent here stay away unless you want them to kill them

    My grandmother had to come here for rehabilitation after her surgery in the hospital. The staff was so great, laughing and joking with her, and helping her get through a very challenging time, while making sure she completed her rehab. She's back home now and doing well. Thanks again.
