    Went there for extreme ankle pain in both ankles with the pain shooting up my legs. Didn't do nothing except take an exray.(only on one ankle might I add) and Gave me a shot of pain medication. Waited forever for the exray and a different nurse came in and asked if I had got my ace bandage yet. What the hell? I said no and she said I'll get you one so we can get you out of here. I said I haven't even heard from the other doctor what the exray results were. She came back in and said I sprained it. So that sprain in one ankle is causing both my legs to be in the same exact pain. Genius! Didn't do nothing else for me. So in conclusion I tell you if you have something more than just a cut. Go somewhere else!!! Get professional help. Cause around here we like to call this place just a bandaid station. Northern Surry Bandaid Station. And I got the ace bandage to prove it. Hope this can help someone who's in pain thinking about choosing a hospital, or heck maybe save your life. Thanks

    My daughter in law had an out patient surgery July 13th 17. I was appalled at her care. She was released before she was fully aware of of her surroundings. As being a nurse myself for 43yrs I know this was improper protocol and could have been dangerous. I will not recommended this hospital.

    Always "too busy" to answer the phone if you need something from them, but will always find plenty of time to call you if they need something. Place is dirty, staff is unaccommodating and generally unpleasant just an overall unfriendly environment. Would give a negative star rating if possible.

    Granddaughter was born here and my daughter was treated like a dog....She should have had the baby at home in the long run, NEVER have a child here we are warning you!!! No epidural, no anesthesiologist in sight say she needed a C-section? They should be sued.

    I am from a neighboring town and fell ill while visiting relatives. I was beyond pleased with my experience. The nursing staff were all friendly and very accommodating. I was taken straight back. Granted it was 1 am but this fact still impressed me very much. Within the first 20 minutes I had been evaluated by a doctor, had labs drawn and meds administered to make me comfortable while I awaited a Cat scan to check for the presence of kidney stones. Dr. Edsall was very thorough and made sure to take the proper steps for a definitive diagnosis he also has a very engaging and compassionate bedside manner. The facility was neat and clean. I was extremely pleased with the quality of my care.
