    My father had a knee replacement and it got infected. He went to Pruitt Neuse where he was taken care of so well that the nursing staff are the ones who picked up on the infection, they acted quickly and then dad was well on the way to recovery. The therapy department is top notch!! The staff is caring and compassionate. The admission process was scary because dad never had to go to rehab prior but the Admissions Director fully explained our insurance and how things were going to go. The Administrator even came in and introduced himself to us and that was great. He was assigned a case manager when he arrived to rehab and she checked on him daily, to monitor him and make sure that everything was going so well. I would absolutely recommend anyone to bring their loved one.

    I took mama here and I was right pleased with how fast they got her back to walking and all. I would go there if i had to have a hip replacement like mama had. No bad experiences during mamas time there. Good folks!

    After reading mixed reviews I considered placement of my uncle here after having surgery at the hospital. I toured the facility because it came highly recommended from locals and decided to check it out for myself. The tour went well and everyone we met were very nice. I placed him here for his 20 days of therapy and he, nor I can honestly say a bad thing about our experience. Some folks seem to have had bad experiences but ours was flawless. If he has his other knee replaced he said he would return here for his rehab.

    My mother was here for several years and the care was terrific. She enjoyed getting her hair and her nails done each week. I was happy with her being able to call PH Neuse home.

    My mother was here and each time I called the staff would take her the phone and let me speak to her. When I came from out of state they were very nice and attentative to her needs. Great care!!!
