    They have no communication skills, work there CNA s like slaves, with no appreciation, they have the worse menu possible with a 3 day old grill cheese as alternate, no paid holidays, and you have to find your own coverage to get a day off. The residents will tell you the same thing, just ask them. I wouldn't advise placing anyone there, until management changes, they allow to much neglect & abuse to continue.

    My sister is at Walnut Cove. The experience has been uplifting. They care for their patients and make every effort to make us feel she is important. My sister has many problems, they are overwhelming for us, and the care she receives at Walnut Cove makes us feel better.
