    My opinion only I enjoyed working with some CNA's, dietary and nurses (very few). This facility didn't practice teamwork as a whole, which made it hard on those who cared about their work and the residents. I didn't enjoy my experience there. There was very little organization, very little communication between management, nurses and staff. Staff was short on a regular basis, mostly we worked with 2 CNA's and there were times where CNA's have worked alone (myself included for 1/2 my shift), I didn't appreciate it at all. Supplies were regularly short or not available at all, most nurses would not even answer a call lights (to help). I felt management didn't care for the staff under their pay grade. You never really knew who was in charge, they held titles but passed the ball often. The residents suffered the most (not receiving proper care, in adequate time due to staffing, they were offered an activity board but activities not fitted for all residents and a lot of the time residents ran most activities (just sad). I pray they get it together for the residents. By far this is one of the worst places I've ever worked and would not recommend anyone sending a loved one there unless you visit (daily).

    Excellent facility..The staff there is caring and friendly .They go above and beyond the call of duty. The food is great and cater to each residents needs. Kudos to the staff and a wonderful experience. Rcs is excellent and the nursing staff attentive..

    If you have a love one that cannot get up and go to the bathroom on their own and have to depend on the nurses to clean them up, this is DEFINITELY NOT the place for them. My mother has so many bed soars from this place. They would not give her pain medicine when she needed it before her physical therapy. This is not a place that TRULY cares for their patients when they need care the most.

    My sister in-law was moved here from the Cardiac floor at Novant Health for her to get her into rehab so she would be able to move more on her own. She's been there 3 days, no one has come to get her out of the bed, they haven't given her clean sheets, her home meds weren't given to her until the 2nd day she was there, and the restroom in her room has a stopped up toilet they won't clear. This is crazy to send people here to get well.
