    Clean. Nice area. Easy to drive into and out. Safe as there is a receptionist. Free popcorn and ice cream for visiting friends and family. Skilled workers. Physical therapy onsite. Accommodating visiting hours. Pricey.....but good. Does take Medicaid/medicare.

    Well this is by far the most expensive nursing home in columbus, they are understaffed even though hey say that they have more CNAs than other places which is true but most of the residents are hospice and need lots of care. The restrooms in the residents room are dirty, they do not provide snacks for them if they eat when they are supposed to, cool otherwise they don't care. They use to have snacks, but then they thought that the CNAs were eating them (like if they have any time to do that) and they stopped providing the snacks. also the residents pay so much money and for what!!! To be treated like garbage? Do not take your elderly here they are so fake.... another fact is that they kicked one of the residents out because the director of nursing Dan Smith said he needed a CNA just for himself.... he read about his needs, he accepted the money to put him in the facility, but he kicked him out and gave the family 30 days to find him a new home sooo don't bring your family members here!!!!
