    I have had clients in and out of LCCO several times for rehab and I've never had any problems. The dining room always looks nice and has real tablecloths. The Social Worker, Kim "Skipper", is always upbeat and lively. The location is set back in a residential setting so it's peaceful.

    This is one of the worse facilities I have been in contact with. No one answers the phone or they hang up in your face when you call to speak with or check on your love ones. Walked in my love one's room, who needed a feeding tube and the bottle was completely empty with foam in the bottle and running through the tubes. Had to have been running for a very long time. Medications were given that were not suppose to be given and it was noted in the charts. Take my word, if at all possible, DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO TIS FACILITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Do not bring your loved one here. They don't dispense medications in a timely or proper manner, and I have a suspicion the medication is stolen by the people who work there, the food is usually sub-par and at worst inedible. The staff are rude and your questions will not be answered in a timely manner, if at all. I also have heard that the staff are verbally abusive to certain residents. If you read reviews do a little more investigation on this facility, it is often rated only 1 star and has many poor reviews. It was not the facility the brochures make it out to be. My mother was pretty much strong armed into this facility and I am working on getting her out. As an added update, my mother died less than a month after leaving this facility. When she moved in with me, she was in worse shape then when she had gone to the hospital. Do not let your family member go here, unless you want them to be stolen from and abused. They are drastically understaffed, the people working there are rude and lazy. I hope this place goes out of business.
