    Mom has been at Bridgeway Senior Healthcare for a little over one year. We could not be more pleased with the care that she is getting. I truly do not understand some of the negative reviews that I have read on this site. The aides are caring; the activities people are wonderful;Mom has made much progress in getting back her strength. We feel that we could not have made a better decision.

    My mom was here a couple of years ago for both rehab and then as a skilled facility patient. The staff in both places are wonderful, professional, caring, and understanding. The rehab staff are amazing. I am so glad I selected this facility and she was accepted. One of the best in the area. Thank you for everything Bridgeway.

    I will not leave a loved one here again. Discharged as soon as fever came down (tylenol assist?) Had 100.5 fever within an hour of being home and sepsis in less than 48 hours of discharge.

    Clean , staff on weekends not so friendly, no events for seniors. They sit in front of nursing station to watch people go by. Take a cue from the country arch care center. Food is same and cold every week. Mom sits in wheelchair without exercise. Makes me sad!

    The Bridgewater location treats their patients horribly. If you truly love your relatives, you will remove them from this facility or not send them here in the first place. My relative was there for a couple weeks before Bridgeway would even allow them to be transferred. Patients are poorly treated and neglected of their needs. My relative had to sit in a soiled adult diaper for a couple hours before anyone would come change them, even with the nurse call light on. They completely gave up on my relative's physical therapy after about two weeks because she still wasn't able to have full walking ability after having surgery on their hip. The CSW Migdalia Lozano is a nasty and very cold person. She has no knowledge of her own patients' conditions or even the name of the physician assigned to them. She is absolutely clueless and has no bedside manner towards patients or their family members. From the minute she walks through the door she has an attitude. In addition to this the patients look very unhappy and miserable and most times are unaccompanied by a nurse or assistant. The front desk pays no attention to who comes in or out of the facility, which means in the case of an incident there is no record to track down who visited. They also humiliate patients by holding them up by there waistbands when trying to help them walk, instead of using some type of device or safety belt, which is also unsafe since the waist bands are usually made of stretchy materials. This place is very hazardous to its patients please do not send your loved ones here, in order to stop the abuse and mistreatment.
