    To the Wonderfull staff at Brighton Gardens. Today is Sunday March 20, 2016, and having left Saturday 3/19, I miss you all already. As a group, you are the kindest, caring, hardworking bunch of people that I have ever met. I don't mean some of you, or most of you. I MEAN ALL OF YOU. When I arrived at your place, I was just about as "close to cripple" as you can get, and was unable to move without a great deal of pain. You guys FIXED that - and THANK YOU. What I find so GREAT about all of this, is that we all build new relationships and actually care about each other. With love Jeffrey L ih.

    My grandpa has been living there since August 2014 and last week he contracted the flu and had to be sent to the hospital. When he came back they didn't allow him in the dining room because he was contagious (understandably) however didn't bring him his breakfast until 10:30 several days in a row When I asked what was going on the barely English speaking employees in the dining room didn't know what to do. Management was receptive and took care of it. The other issue I have is that they don't have an intercom so he can't call down to the desk. He just had to sit in his room and wait. Do not send your loved one to this place and save your $4000/month.

    For curiosity sake was on this website to read reviews. My mom too had a horrible exspierence at this horrid place. 2009 my sister and I needed a rehab for my beautiful mother it was only temporary.. We brought her to brighton gardens and the nightmare began. She was suppose to be getting rehab but never did. I was there everyday sat for hours with her. My dad and my sister would come also. My mom too was rushed to hospital but not because the so called nurses called for ambulance i discovered my mother in a bed full of blood shallow breathing, and screamed for nurse in charge she said to me your mom in dying i said you moron called the ambulance needless to say my mom survived for a few more weeks. my only regret is bringing her to this hell hole please if you love your parents stay away from here. My sister and I live with only one regret putting my here for two weeks although it was temporary it left a permanent scar we will have forever.

    Do not bring any senior citizen to this place! A day ago my grandmother started receiving care here. She has Alzheimer's Disease, and was in weak shape (she no longer had the ability to stand up on her own). Because of this she needed to have special care. After being admitted here it only took them 24 hours to get her sent the hospital for intensive care. This is what happened. After feeding my grandmother, they immediately laid her on a bed. My grandmother threw up and almost choked to death on her own vomit. How could they not know that a person needs to be in a sitting up position to digest their food?! That they should not put a senior to bed so soon after eating? This was not a simple mistake, this was CARELESSNESS! Now me and my family are wondering if my grandmother will live through the night. Do not bring any senior citizen here for care. THEY WILL KILL THEM.
