My grandmother is here in memory care, and the care is excellent! Everyone on the staff is super friendly. We love the new outdoor living area, it is beautiful and so does she. My grandmother is thriving at Careone Hamilton and I couldn't ask for more for her.

CareOne at Hamilton is a beautiful community. The nurses are all very attentive, the community is clean and well cared for. The activities are appropriate and engage the residents. I recommend CareOne at Hamilton for Assisted Living and Memory Care.

On the day of her discharge, Care One released my mother without any medication for the remainder of the day, and they could not tell us the medications that had been given to her that day without an extensive search of their files. This demonstrated a very poor policy on the part of the management. I would not recommend the facility. MT

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
