    The nurse, Christie, that did intake, was the most amazing nurse ever. she was very caring and compassionate. definitely made the whole experience so much easier to deal with. she took the time to explain things and was very very sweet.

    Pleased overall with the care they are providing to my father. The nursing staff is companionate and helpful and informative with what we need answered. The admissions director Sue has been nothing short of amazing with all of our questions and needs. I would say that some of the aids need to be addressed and questioned in regards to there job duties. As a daughter with a father whom is ill, I do have to say to ANYONE, that you must also be present and there to make sure your loved one is cared for. This is not a dumping ground and to be present is to make sure your loved one is cared for properly. I would absolutely recommend this facility.

    BAD STAFF,VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST,EVEN SUPERVISOR NEHA IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,NURSES DO NOT KNOWING WHAT THEY DOING WITH THEIR PATIENTS.I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
