    My mother was a patient her for rehab. Thankfully she was able to manage for herself. They are very short staffed. Her room was not clean when we arrived, she was offered only one shower for the ten days she was there. Her laundry was never done even though I asked for laundry service when we arrived.

    I worked at Medford Care Center and the facility there is poorly I feel bad for the residents especially in Cedar lounge when someone has to use the bathroom they tell you that they say that all the time some of them just like to gossip and sit on there butts eating and talking I feel bad. I've seen it and I've witnessed it. For recreation the fellow employees I worked with "Diane, Randy & Ziola" they do terrific jobs whatsoever they make sure that the residents are safe and well taken care of with activities until that are done work at 4pm. They don't get paid enough for what they do and what they go through! On another note the director of Activity "Marcy Mushinski" is a phony she treats employees fairly that is why 2 employees had to leave because they felt unappreciated working there. She was always nagging about them and doing this and that following the schedule of activities which they were doing and just not being nice she only seems to worry about herself or saving her ass and trying to blame everyone else. For instance I was working a Tuesday my day for Van Ride trip, and this resident Ray she is a new lady and her daughter she said yesterday "Monday" that Marcy came up to her and said something along the line of oh you want to go on the van ride, etc, etc. Well she was not on the list that Tuesday and she was trying to say she was and that I couldn't decline a resident which I didn't I followed your list which she was not on, she is Fake. She favorites her employees as well. I've been working the past couple of weekends good and I call out on Mother's Day and I get terminated? Okay! This other lady who works there has called out so many times during the evening and yet messes up the Residents Activities and lack of work, and yet she still works there and isn't fired? That is all I have to say. I will miss my residents that I worked with on my days of employment, and I will keep in touch. Be really careful and get more info before you send your loved ones in this facility (:
