Wonderful facility with a friendly and caring staff, responsive management etc. There are myriad activities for you to join if you care to. There are movies every evening and weekly outings. One of the things I like best is all day dining. This is especially nice if you missed one of the regular meal times because of having physical therapy or another reason. Overall I am very happy and satisfied to be living here .

I have been a Brandywine Moorestown resident for almost 3 months and have the possibility of staying FOREVER! How do I feel about that? It could not be anymore better equipped or better staffed! Every single person has been extremely kind from my personal care aid, who will come in the middle of the night to take my blood pressure or to take my blood sample, to my physical therapist, who comes twice a week and stays right on top of things. My family and every single visitor is as impressed as I am! I thank you all! Kudos to everyone: nursing, dining staff, housekeeping, administration, activities and all who make this place truly admirable!

Everyone there is fantastic! From the front desk to the executive administration. They treated my mom and me with such kindness. The PT staff are so dedicated. I highly recommend this place for Assisted Living and Physical Therapy. 5 stars all the way!!!!

We moved my Mom to Brandywine Living at Moorestown Estates from another facility back in March and I couldn't be happier. The staff is extremely attentive, they kept her active and engaged and were in constant contact with me when any issue arose. I wish I have placed Mom there sooner. Great staff, wonderful facility. I would highly recommend it.

This place may be fabulous for residents but the nurses in the sub acute care are horrible! They are nasty and uncaring. Do not send your loved one here

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
