    My mom has been here for several months. She started in the rehabilitation section which was pretty good. Now she is in the nursing home section. They are understaffed, in which some staff members act like the residents are an inconvenience. My mom just started having problems with her hearing and had to wait two weeks for a doctor to take a look at her ears. Now she can't hear at all, and she will not leave her room because she is afraid. Her light in her room has been out for almost a week and no one seems to make an effort to get it fixed. Today another male resident went into my moms room and started to eat mom's snacks. We purchase soap, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, ointment and other nesessities for mom, and someone keeps taking them. Someone needs to step up and hold people accountable to perform their jobs they way they are expected to. These residents deserve respect and compassion, they have earned it.

    My brother recently spent 2 weeks on the Sub-acute floor. The care was excellent from Nurses, Aides, Doctor, PTs, OTs, and SW staff. All staff were very caring and competent. They were very pleasant too and respectful of patients and family. It was very clean.

    Most of the people at the Morris view healthcar canter say that they honestly don't like it! They say that there is not enough freedom.

    My mom was admitted and now we r in the ER and she has sores everywhere. No one one on the staff notified us of this condition. We are are very disappointed
