    Absolutely horrible and worst experience of my life. We did not have much of a choice and had to place my father there whom had Alzheimer's. We were there everyday to check on him and the care was still horrendous. Staff was rude and treated the patients terribly. Within the first 2 weeks my father had a black eye. They try and force all patients into wheelchairs so it is easier to care for them. He constantly got infections and was sick. Multiple times I would arrive and he would be in a dirty diaper. One time there was poop in the corner of his room from another patient that had been there for a while. When I reported it, the staff just laughed and said, "o it must have been "patient's" name." They were in no rush to clean it up. If a patient didn't eat, they really didn't care. I used to try and get my father and other patients to eat more than they did. I placed many complaints and had many meetings with the director and very little changed. Genuinely the worse experience my entire family had to go through. Please do NOT place your loved one there. I could go on with more stories and examples.

    I stayed there it was very nice place for rehab but I am here again for wound care and I didn't like how I went to bed hungry I asked for 1 thing got something else asked for a chef salad and got plain salad so I went to bed hungry even they gave me a half of sandwich wished I brought some food other wise the staff is very nice

    My mother was put here after leaving the hospital with her cancer spreading through her body. I went for a tour, which was very nice. What I DID NOT like was the fact that my mothers lungs filled with blood and even with her telling the RNs and NAs at the facility, her complaints were ignored until the damage was too far gone and she now has chest tubes in both of her sides and can barely breathe at all. Completely unacceptable. She also said the food was absolutely terrible.
