    Worst place in the world. The staff are so unprofessional and rude. You call to ask a question and they give you the run around and hang up. I had someone so important and dear to me who was fine when they got there for rehab and now they are in Icu and critical. My heart is torn and nothing can replace this pain. I regret the day this special person was sent there.This place needs to be investigated by the state and shut down before they do harm to another patient and family. I do not recommend this place. Anyone who even thinks of putting some one in this place mark my words you will regret it.... Damn you New Vista..

    I went to view my brother 10/28/2016 the hallway looks great. The elevator takes ten to fifteen minutes to come down. The rooms look nothing like the video the nurses wasn't friendly. My brother roommate couldn't feed his self they left his food no one never cam to feed him this place needs to be investigated

    My grandmother was sent to ER from this nursing home. She arrived severely dehydrated and with three bedsores. One on her sacrum that was stage four. My mom who visits daily was never informed of any bedsores. During a recent visit, my mom found her vomited unchanged and left alone with closed doors unattended. In addition, her feeding had fungus when she arrived to the hospital. They changed the nurses that cared for her greatly the past four years but now the care has severely declined. We will fight for her nurses to return but if request is denied we will have no choice but to have her transferred.
