    Amboy Care Center is an independently owned and operated entity that is licensed to provide skilled health care related services. While working at this facility, I was made sure to evaluate my job loyalty to the senior management leading to the owner himself. I was devalued as a certified social worker and was never part of the incident reporting to the health department. In fact, I was never informed of any reportable incidents to the department of health. The allegations ran wild during my employment. Finally, I was asked to immediately accept an unknown transfer to another facility or be escorted out of the facility. I never felt humiliated in my entire life for doing what was right for aging sick population. I hope to never be in a similar employment. Good luck if you find yourself working at this facility.

    i went to amboy care to apply for a job but after seen with my own eyes the abuse of the elders .i felt disgusted ,i feel they care more of their income than the poor old folks.you guys are doing those people dirty .

    Been to a lot of places like this the last few years, this one is the best. Clean, doesn't smell, really nice outdoor area with gazebo, tv, basketball hoop. Only thing the food is not the best. Staff very friendly nice people.
