    This rehab facility is under staffed and neglects patients on a regular basis. I would never put a loved one in this rehab/nursing home. It is not even deserving any stars. The NJ Department of Human Services should close it immediately.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I have a relative that has been here for over 2 weeks and I have not been able to get a holds of him. Every time I call the staff tells me that he's not in his room and to call back later. I have not been able to talk to him for 2 weeks now. Not only are they unhelpful, but also very rude when I ask how I can talk to him. I don't live in the same state and it's very frustrating and scary when you can not talk to a loved one who has suffered an accident. I hope no one else has to go through this and I would avoid this facility if at all possible.

    The social therapists only entertain the highest functioning patients. The dementia patients they neglect even though they are paying for this service.
