    Alaris Chateau (Rochelle Park, NJ) truly came to my mother's rescue when she fell and badly fractured her femur bone in July 2019. They were there for her and took care of every need - my family and I felt comfortable with the care she received and it was wonderful to see the progress she made on a daily basis.

    I had come to Alaris Chateau (Rochelle Park, NJ) after severely breaking my femur bone in July 2019 and knew I was in for a lengthy and difficult recovery. From the first day I arrived at the facility, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and make me feel at home. Everyone at Chateau is extremely professional - the management/administrative staff, therapists, nurses and aides - they really helped me make the best out of an otherwise difficult situation, set me on the path to wellness, and made the transition back home a smooth and easy one. I highly recommend Chateau in every regard.

    Very pretty setting, and seems to be clean and inviting. The care is very good - staff, PTs, etc are very responsive. If I have a recommendation it would be to provide kosher food for those who need it.

    my mother came to Alaris Health at The Chateau after 5 other rehabs, i wish she would come here right away, the staff, caring, therapy, nurses, aids are one of a kind. also the rabbi is a wonderful person, it's amazing how he helps and has a good word for everyone. the staff and also the front desk helped us with the religious needs. we highly recommend this place for everyone and also for religious people.

    0 Stars. Place was awful. If you want to die go to Alaris. No patient care, no doctors available, understaffed and nurses are bad, and aids are rude. Health dept should shut this place down. Elevators had the most vile smell ever and when we complained they got upset instead of fixing problem. They claim the complaint hotline is anonymous. It is not. And if you complain they take it out on patient. STAY AWAY!.
